ANYE is Handy Gunawan, a sole trader based in Indonesia. This policy covers this website, anyeads.com — the principles, the Ember and Mond pages, and the waiting lists.

Ember the product has its own privacy policy, and it is the one that governs anything inside the app — coach accounts, client answers, and everything a coach stores. Read it at ember.anyeads.com/privacy.

The one-paragraph version

This site has no analytics, no advertising pixels, and no tracking cookies. Nothing follows you around. The only personal information we hold from this site is an email address, and only if you typed one into a waiting list.

What we collect

If you join a waiting list (Mond, or Ember before it opened), we store your email address, the date and time, and which page you were on when you signed up. Nothing else — no name, no IP address, no profile.

We use it for one thing: to email you when the product you asked about is ready. We do not sell it, rent it, or add it to any advertising audience.

If you register for the newsletter (the choices card on the Ember page), we store your email address, when you signed up, and which page you were on. That address gets the newsletter — feature updates and coaching research, on a schedule — and nothing else. Every issue includes a working unsubscribe, and one click there (or one email to us) removes you.

If you just read the site, we collect nothing about you. There is no analytics script on any page.

Our host, Cloudflare, keeps standard server logs for security and reliability, as any web host does. Those are Cloudflare’s, handled under their terms, and we do not build profiles from them.

Where it goes

We keep waiting-list emails in Cloudflare’s storage, in the same infrastructure that serves this site. A short list of others may receive data when you deliberately use them:

Each of those has its own privacy policy, and each applies only if you choose to use it.

What we deliberately don’t do

• No selling or renting of personal data. Not now, not later.
• No advertising trackers, no retargeting pixels, no cookie banner because there is nothing to consent to.
• No using anything you write to train AI models.

Your choices

Email [email protected] and ask to see what we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. It is one person reading that inbox, and you will get a straight answer. Leaving a waiting list is a single sentence — no form, no retention flow.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. If a change ever affects what we do with an email you already gave us, we will email you about it rather than quietly editing the page.
